I am a postdoctoral researcher within the Center for Microbial Secondary Metabolites at DTU Bioengineering. I have a background in microbiology and biotechnology engineering, with a particular interest in marine microbial communities and chemical interactions. My PhD focused on understanding the ecological roles of microbial secondary metabolites, using tropodithietic acid produced by Phaeobacter as a model system. My research combines synthetic microbial communities, molecular and genetic approaches, metabolomics, and mass spectrometry imaging to investigate how secondary metabolites influence bacterial interactions, community assembly, and colonization in natural marine environments.

I am a Postdoc within the Center for Microbial Secondary Metabolites at DTU Bioengineering. With a background in Biochemistry, specialized within Molecular Genetics, my PhD advanced the field of microbiology through novel droplet cultivation and fluorescent -labelling and ultra-high throughput screening technologies for targeted microbial isolation. My PostDoc work explores how metabolic information is transmitted within microbial communities and how these networks assemble at the plant rhizosphere.

I am a Postdoc within the Center for Microbial Secondary Metabolites, bridging DTU Biosustain and DTU Bioengineering. I have a dual university background in pharmacy and microbiology which led me to pursue a Marie Curie-funded PhD in Actinomycetes-derived natural products discovery through a paired omics approach at Naicons, a research-driven company in Italy. My work at CeMiSt intends to better understand and characterize the metabolic interplay between soil bacteria, especially between Actinomycetes and other bacteria, and its impact on microbial and soil ecology.

I am a Postdoc at the Center for Microbial Secondary Metabolites (CeMiSt) within DTU Bioengineering. With a background in microbial ecology and bioimaging, I completed my PhD on interspecific and intraspecific interactions in social amoebae, particularly Dictyostelium discoideum. Over the years, I have gained experience working with a broad range of model systems, including mammalian cells, bacteria, and tardigrades.
At CeMiSt, my research focuses on the ecology of microbial interactions and the role of secondary metabolites as key mediators of these interactions. Moving forward, to better understand microbial community dynamics and soil ecology, we aim to extend insights from conventional laboratory-based culturing to microcosms that more closely resemble natural environments, including the rhizosphere.

I am a Postdoc associated with the Center for Microbial Secondary Metabolites at DTU Bioengineering. I have a background within bacteriology and microbial ecology. My PhD project focused on the impact of secondary metabolites on the ecology and evolution of Bacillus subtilis in soil derived communities. My work include secondary metabolite profiling on soil, genetic modification, and transposons insertion sequencing analysis to understand the function of secondary metabolite on bacterial physiology and development in the soil. 

Currently work is financed by a grant.
